TOP EMPLOYERS 2015 counts Lechler among the 63 best Italian companies

TOP EMPLOYERS 2015 counts Lechler among the 63 best Italian companies

Author: Gianni Foietta/Thursday, February 19, 2015/Categories: Corporate, Internal

Tuesday, 17 February 2015, at Officine del Volo in Milan, the TOP EMPLOYER INSTITUTE acknowledged the best Italian companies in the HR area. They rewarded those companies with excellent working conditions, that train and recognise the value of their employees at every corporate level, while also being constantly committed to improving and optimising work processes in the Human Resources department.

The Top Employers certification is assigned exclusively to those companies, only 63 in Italy for 2015, that reach the highest standards in the area of workplace conditions for their employees.

It is a great pleasure to see, once again, the name Lechler in the list with big multinational corporations. For over a century, Lechler's particular attention for the employee, aimed at fostering a sense of belonging, has been one of the foundations for its relationships with the workforce. At Lechler, it has always been the norm to recognise the value of their human capital: it is part of the company's cultural DNA.

Therefore, after the Social Responsibility Award in 2014 from Confindustria and the unions, we are honoured to have received this important award. Once again, it shows our commitment to universal values that often recognised only inside an organisation. The list contains many different sector categories, such as hydrocarbons and petroleum, metalworking and mechanical engineering, construction, foods, wholesale commerce, paper and professional services for businesses. Lechler is the only company in the Chemical sector present.

The 63 companies certified “Top Employers Italia 2015” are:

Abb, Abbott, Accenture, Adidas, Aeroporti di Roma, Astrazeneca, Automobili Lamborghini, Autostrade per l'Italia, Avanade, Birra Peroni, Bnl gruppo Bnp Paribas, British American Tobacco Italia, Capgemini, Cariparma, Chiesi Farmaceutici, Comatrol (gruppo Danfoss), Costa Crociere, Dedagroup Ict Network,  Dhl Express Italy, Dimension Data Italia, Ducati, Edison, Electrolux, Elica, Enel, EY, Fondazione Poliambulanza, Goodyear Dunlop Tires Italia, Groupama Assicurazioni, gruppo Hera, gruppo Reale Mutua, Gucci, Heineken Italia, Imperial Tobacco Italia, Ing Bank, Intertaba, Istituto Europeo di Oncologia, JT International Italia, Kimberly Clark, Lechler, McDonald's Italia, Mediamarket, Metro Italia Cash and Carry, Msd Italia, Novartis Farma, Olympus Italia, PepsiCo, Philip Morris Italia, Roche, Sabic, Saint-Gobain, Sandoz, Sanofi Italia, Starwood, Technip Italy, Telecom Italia, Tenaris, Tenova, Ubi Banca, UniCredit, Valeo Italy, Volkswagen Group Italia, Yoox group.

The Top Employers Institute

Top Employers Institute certifies the level of excellence of workplace conditions for employees at companies all over the world. Optimal working conditions guarantee the personal and professional development of people, and this translates into opportunities for growth and development also for companies.

“The certification analyses, assesses and attests the level of excellence in the strategic management of people, at any corporate level, in leading companies around the world. Companies that participate in the certification process have chosen to invest and concentrate on the HR area, thus demonstrating how much this sector is strategically growing in importance to enable them to reach their business objectives. The certification, also, has a strong value on the market, and with all corporate stakeholders: it is a strong signal that shows how competitive the company is and how it is able to attract the best talent. Also, Top Employers Institute believes that it is significant to observe that, even in this difficult economic moment, companies have not diminished at the HR level. This is another sign of the importance of this asset on a business level.”
