In recent years Lechler has made innovative solutions available to its painters, thus allowing them to choose between different painting processes, now also characterised by different levels of sustainability.

Deciding how to repair damage has inevitably become the most crucial phase of the entire process, because the choice, in addition to determining the final result from a purely technical and aesthetic point of view, also has an inevitable impact on the economic and production front, as well as on sustainability.

To support the body shop operator in selecting the most suitable painting process for each situation, we have updated the application, which can be easily used on a PC, tablet or smartphone.

Starting from a series of specific information about the body shop and the type of repair, the APP is able to propose the most ADEQUATE processes, selected from all the possible solutions, ordering them according to one of the following criteria:

• Cost-effectiveness 
• Rapidity
• Quality/Safety
• Sustainability

The new version of the application can be downloaded free of charge from all stores (APPLE and ANDROID) and is accessible, after appropriate registration on the MyLechler platform, to all body shops already participating in the Bodyshop Efficiency Program.

For all other body shops interested in accessing the APP, it is first necessary to register and participate in one of our training programmes dedicated to "EHS Painting Processes", available in the CAMPUS section of MYLechler.

The catalogue offers both "in-person" courses, which are held periodically at our Training Centres, but also in a "self-learning" version, easily usable from any PC, both at home and at work. These training courses, prepared by Lechler for its entire network of body shops, allow the entrepreneur and his collaborators to understand the needs of the market and acquire the basic skills necessary to start a path of evolution towards maximum production efficiency, without neglecting the aspects of economic and environmental sustainability.

In a sector with an increasingly complex and competitive scenario, and therefore sensitive to these issues, we are convinced that with this tool the selection of the most efficient painting process will be even easier for users of Lechler products.
