In an industrial context increasingly focused on sustainability and operator health, Lechler takes a new step forward with LECHSYS DE-AROMATIC, the tintometric system free of aromatic solvents that combines high technical performance and environmental respect. LECHSYS DE-AROMATIC is the natural evolution of the Lechsys system, retaining all its key features: coverage, yield, colour compatibility and ease of use. Its new completely de-aromatized formulation is a conscious choice that improves operator safety and reduces environmental impact, without compromising performance. Tests carried out between 2020 and 2023 confirm: the absence of aromatic solvents does not affect technical performance. A result that reflects the rigorous, engineering-based development approach adopted. Among the most significant innovations is the introduction of a new PFAS-free raw material, in line with increasing international restrictions. The reformulation also led to an improvement in rheology, with greater application fluidity, and higher in-can stability, resulting in tangible benefits in logistics and storage management. Designed to integrate easily into existing processes, LECHSYS DE-AROMATIC does not require complex conversions: the new de-aromatized base colours (TB DeA) are fully compatible with the current ones (TB), ensuring operational continuity.
The transition has been designed to be smooth and immediate: manual and automatic tintometers require only minimal changes. The MAP4 software automatically recognizes the new base colours and generates updated technical and safety data sheets. Custom formulas remain unchanged, ensuring continuity and transparency. A strategic change that anticipates regulations, responds to environmental needs and offers companies a concrete opportunity to stand out in an ever-evolving industrial market.
